As our production is limited we cannot make exchanges.
So if you wish to buy another item you may place another order.

For returns, you have a 15 day period upon having received your order to return it and ask for a refund. 
Returned items must be shipped with a traceable courier service at the customer’s expense. All returned items must be unworn and with original tags and packaging.

Please fill in this return form with your order information and mail it together with delivery note to Martine Love Headquarters at Rua da Sociedade Farmacêutica 68 - 2D, 1150 - 341 Lisboa.

Please note that if an item is returned to Martine Love due to a customer’s refusal to pay import tax or customs duties, Martine Love will provisionally incur the financial charges in order to recover the item and a refund will be issued after the item is received.
All charges incurred by Martine Love throughout this process as well as an additional administrative fee (15€) will be charged on the customer’s standing credit.

How to care for your ML

Remember that every stain or odor has a preferred way of wash.
Please refer to the garment tag for specific care instructions.

To preserve color and garment:

1. Wash in 20º degrees water.

2. Tumble dry minimum program.

3. Hang on a hanger and dry in the shade, on the inside out.

You can count on us if your embroidery or item needs fixing.

Our Pre-Owned Program is a chance for you to resell your lightly worn Martine Love to someone that can’t afford a full-price piece.

Depending on the item to be resold this program gives the seller an up-to 125€ credit to be spent online or at our showroom.

In order to apply, please send us an email with: photos (front, back and close up) of the item to be resold; reason for reselling; and any other relevant information.

We only accept items with high quality. Please do not apply if your item is torn, stained or altered. Once we receive your email we will review it and issue a "pre-owned number" so you can send the item to our headquarters. Please do not send it without this number as it won't be accepted.

The credit will be issued (in form of a code) once we have received the item and give it a final look and feel to certify it's high quality.

With Martine Love Pre-owned Program you get a curated assortment that you can further filter for their size and preferences.
